Martha, best wishes for a long and happy retirement. I can't thank you enough for all you've done. I will have been retired for 21 years come February, and can tell you that retirement is a busy and happy time of life.

After 42 years as AMSAT Manager, I retired on December 31st. During those years, I made friends, saw cutting edge technology developed, met John Glenn, Owen Garriott, Ron Parise and experienced the launch of many satellites including SuitSat. I will miss my conversations with many of you and I'll miss the Organization which has been a big part of my life. I wish you all well and hope AMSAT will continue its goal of keeping amateur radio in space.
