[amsat-bb] not for lack of trying..

Hi all, The rf noise here in Lima is horrific. Good news is that I brought a vhf filter. Bad news is I left the uhf filter at home. Did hear myself on AO-7 mode b. fo29's beacon is buried in the noise. Preamp or not. Will switch locations tomorrow to try and alleviate the problem. New location is fh17LT. The 1650z pass tomorrow for fo-29 is my next try. Will stick around for the next so50 pass at 1900z if everything works. Norm
