Hi, as far as I see the code for the FT-847 for a 141.3 sub tone is hex 08 (p. 93 of the user manual) , for the TS-2000 it is dec. 22. Therefore the entry in SubTone.SQF for a 141.3 sub tone for Icom radios, Yaesu FT-847 and Kenwood TS-2000 should be: PO-101,141.3,$08,22

3F is the code for a 67Hz tone, so for 141.3 it should be different. Even without a subtone the sat can be accessed. Probably you are just using a 67Hz subtone because that also works.
