[amsat-bb] Is 70cm an option for ISS packet this time?

Greetings everyone.

Since this most recent packet failure on the ISS, I have not heard any mention of switching back to 437.550 MHz.

Is that not an option this time?

Has it been established that some other component is at fault now, and the choice of radio would make no difference?
