Now, I must report what has happened to me as a result of speaking out against the incumbents (legacy) members of the AMSAT BoDs. Because I spoke out, I was removed from the AMSAT-BB mailing list (a direct violation of AMSAT-NA bylaws). I was removed and banned from the AMSAT-NA Facebook page and I am blocked from viewing the AMSAT Twitter feed.
I am a member, and I would like the Board to respond with what criteria were followed in order to come to this conclusion. Is there a Bylaw that he violated? This reads like one person decided on his or her own to lock him out.
I have no personal gain in this, however, I do get concerned when things start to take on a dictator roll.
Does AMSAT follow any sort of Democracy process?
