[amsat-bb] RS-30-cw only?

Hello All,

Just listened to RS-30 pass over VK. Only heard CW telemetry on 435.315, didn't monitor 435.215. Which one has the 'wefax/sstv' type signal? Or is it only turned on over Russia?
