[amsat-bb] AO-27 to the south

Hello to all in the northern hemisphere.

It is well known that AO-27 is only activated for limited periods in the northern hemisphere. But what is the furtherest south that it can be heard? Also, is it only activated near North America or is it turned on every orbit?
