Just a little report that satellite DX is alive and kicking. Today I worked EA5TT in IM99 on AO-7 Mode B SSB on our second attempt, a distance of 7437km. We were both at about 2 degrees elevation for the QSO. Thank you Manuel!
Soon after, I was on FO-29 and worked EA1JM, G3VKV, and F6CTW on a 3 or 4 degree max pass. At the beginning of the pass I did hear a FM5 cq'ing, but didn't get an answer and he disappeared after my first call. I assume this was FM5EP that Clayton on a subsequent pass.
I'm open for any schedules with stations that need Florida or EL88, or who are in a grid that I need, and there are several in Europe and South America still! My QRZ entry has a map of confirmed grids, but there is a higher resolution one in my Dropbox, visible at https://www.dropbox.com/s/6huzfap6jfsv0ed/8-2-14%20grids.jpg?dl=0
