That might be the Fox Tail of AO-95, although it moves pretty quickly as it takes less than a second to get on frequency so your bandwidth may or may not have covered enough to hear it for a second. The 2 minutes and 10 second apart is a sure thing from the perspective of the AO-95 beacon, though. Spot on for the timing.
