[amsat-bb] Effects of wind farms on fixed link systems and telemetry devices

Although not directly related to satellite working this report, released by the UK regulator Ofcom, may be of interest from the viewpoint of links to sats near the horizon.

One of the frequencies tested was 436 MHz.
