Here's a new PSAT2 page that shows all the types of PSAT2 packets - including your CQ# packets digipeated via PS2*: http://packets.aprsat.com/psat2/
The DTMF page only reports the BLN packets which shows the recent 9 callsigns from DTMF uplink activity:

The DTMF page should be working now - last I checked it looked right. Not all CQ# packets are being iGated. Apparently, the Third-Party Traffic feature must be enabled on the iGate in order to support PSAT2 DTMF downlink packets. However, your callsign will beacon every 5 minutes or so on the BLN packet - until someone bumps you off - it only holds the recent 9 callsigns.
