I just made contact with Leo, W7JPI via the ISS cross-band repeater on the 1400 UTC pass. I've made contacts and exchanged QSLs with him before, but never via the ISS. Does one usually exchange QSLs when contact is made via a different satellite? I couln't find an email address for Leo to ask him directly.
