For 1st time I enjoy the 1st 5 minutes of HO-68 on Pacsat Mode uploaded few Messages then the FM QRM took over the rest of the pass!!
For sure they do not know the new regulation !! http://www.amsat.org/amsat/archive/amsat-bb/10day/msg79135.html This Regulation need more QST .
