[amsat-bb] AMSAT-NA 30th Space Symposium and AMSAT-NA Meeting DVD

Has anyone received the member's DVD - "To compensate for the five issues not published in 2012" ... "Arrangements are now being made for distribution of Proceedings to our membership, most likely in the form of a DVD, (hopefully) before the end of 2012"?
