[AMSAT-BB] AO-7

Anyone else besides me notice that AO-7 now depending on what keps you look at  has two different names. AO-7 and AO-07. I think AO-7 is correct, and it has been used  for quite awhile. This causes some issues with tracking software, in my case SATPC32. Can this be fixed?
