Hi Folks,

I have just checked with the hotel, the Holiday Inn at Guildford, and they have reminded me that they will release our dedicated rooms on 9 Jul. So there isnt a great deal of time to be sure of a room.

Last year there were still rooms available after the deadline, but one or two delegates left it too late, and ended up in hotels in other parts of Guildford.
