I use DXKeeper for all of my logging including satellite. It does interface with SatPC32 very nicely and all you have to type in is the station’s call and grid and it fills in the satellite, frequencies and modes from SatPC32. I will say that DXKeeper has a learning curve to it, and it will take some time to get used to it, but once you do, it’s very powerful and extremely well supported by Dave AA6YQ, the author. And DXKeeper is totally free. I highly recommend it.

I believe DXKeeper will do all the things the OP requested (not certain about SatPC32).
Another vote for N3FJP's ACLog program. It makes LoTW very easy to use.
I have KLog on a MacBook that I use when portable, away from home. It works fine for logging, but the LoTW uploading is a bit cumbersome.

Good Morning:
Well, I starting to get back on the birds and realize I need to use LoTW
and, maybe QRZ. So, I need an easy to use logging program to generate
the proper file for automatic transfer to LoTW/QRZ.. Maybe it could
interface with SatPC32 to get satellite, frequency, mode, etc info (I
hate typing). Everything is on paper right now from way back to the
beginning 100' and 100's and 100's of QSO's. I do not want to go there.
Fun to look at though.
Any suggestions?? Thank you.
