In my case I use the following for 144mhz & 432mhz, but because I run higher than 25 watts, I have the 160 watt units. 25 watt units are available. I use a Advanced Receiver Research mast mounted preamps at my station.

On 1,296 (23cm) I am now using a SHF MVV-1296 SP23 23cm Masthead Preamplifier which does the same as the ARR units above and comes standard with the ability to go power over coax. It can handle 100 watts. https://www.thedxshop.com/sp23-23cm-masthead-preamplifier.html
