[amsat-bb] flex 5000,3000

Hi All

As you might know the Flex 3000,5000 will not receive 9.6 KBS data. We now have a commitment from Flex to fix this issue. To help in this effort we need testers. Please send me off list if you 1 if have a flex and 2 if you will be a tester.
