Steve,
If you don't have the MCP-4program try this:
1) store the rx frequency in a memory channel.
2) press VFO To enter VFO mode
3) enter the tx frequency
4) press "F" and select the memory chanel with the rx frequency you stored in step 1
5) press OK While holding the PTT and it should now store the tx in the same memory channel.
You can check by if you +- where the offer symbol is for regular repeater operation you got it. You should also see the frequency display change when pushing the ptt.

Subject: [AMSAT-BB] Help with TH-D74A
I am trying to store the odd-split frequencies for NO-104 (DTMF) in the memory of my TH-D74A. I downloaded the official manual, but I can't still can't figure out how to get anything in memory much less the odd-split frequencies. Can someone please point me to a video or a set of step-by-step instructions?
I actually have the DTMF tones encoded, I just can't figure out the odd-split into memory part.
Thanks in advance.
