[amsat-bb] ukube-1 transponder

Ukube-1 transponder is working. I just had a contact with AA5PK Glenn in DM91 grid at 2127 Z when the beacon comes on it distorts the transponder downlink so you have to wait until the beacon quicks in order to hear the transponder downlink JACK KC7MG
