These should be popular sats. The inclination is 43 degrees so they will come over central USA latitudes seven times a day each. We just need more people using them with SSB radios. Just monitor 145.87 and 145.925 SSB.

I was able to hear my voice through CAS-4A and 4B transponders tonight under one degree of elevation using ~5 watts into 10' of LMR-240uf and a 4 element 70cm / 2 element 2m "Short Arrow" yagi. Very easy satellite to work with minimal power.
