[AMSAT-BB] FO-99

I got a response from one of the control ops for FO-99 and they are going to adjust the schedule of the transponder this evening. From what I understand they are going to try to turn the bird on 10/30 1:05 UTC. There is a pass right down the center of the States shortly after if anybody wants to jump on and give it a shot. It is a fairly low pass for me here but I will give it a go.
