Bob,

You may have just gotten 12 "I'll get to it later" satops. Some may have used paper, recorder, or non-auto uploading logger. I usually save my QSOs for a week or two in excel and then upload them using TQSL all at once. I'm the guilty party Burns mentioned on getting the time wrong (despite getting it correct on excel and paper QSL). TQSL can mess with the time if you aren't paying attention and jumping between entries.

I would suggest pinging a friendly or regular on that list to see if they uploaded or ask them to do so.

Bob,

I usually ignore unmatched QSOs on the assumption that the other person either did not enter them in LOTW or has not gotten around to it yet.  But recently I emailed someone I had an unmatched QSO with for a different reason, and we discovered that somehow he had gotten the wrong time in.  I think he said that it is easy to do that with TQSL, but I don't use it directly, so I don't know.

I hope this either helps or is mildly interesting.

LoTW Team,

I uploaded 12 Satellite QSOs yesterday at 1845Z and the Activity
shows they arrived and were accepted. However, there have been
no matches 19 hours later.

I tried it a second time and it said the QSOs were duplicates and were
ignored. What do you advise?
