[amsat-bb] Sat reporter and UI-VIEW dumping packets

Just be a bit careful about what programs you use to feed the internet with space data.

UI-VIEW for example dumps packets that are identical and heard less than two minutes out

We are essentially loosing space packets.

I am going to run a TNC and use a raspberry pi and a direct link.

I just saw two strong packets from the ISS and only one made it

Does the APRS-IS crush dup packets in a short time ?
