[amsat-bb] go-32 techsat1b-4xtech anyone heard/copy?

hi, has anyone copied techsat 1b last few pass'es? just can't fig out why i don't copy him anymore, use too. Will try to check my station but no others here on 9600 baud. kc8gkf west michigan usa
