[amsat-bb] alternative time-keeping solution to WWV/WWVH

Everyone: For years I used Heath GC-1000 Most Accurate Clocks which contained WWV receivers and displayed the received time on a clock.

Having sold these GC-1000s, I now use a computer-based solution (available for Mac or Windows).
