How about if you set it up as a repeater with a custom offset?

Page 7-3 is the instructions for storing cross-band Satellite memories. That procedure won't work for ISS voice which has uplink and downlink are on the same band. Is it possible to use a regular memory to store a non-standard 2m split to receive on 145.8 MHz and transmit on 144.49 MHz?
