This is the Whole Orbit Data stream, it contains the battery status and solar panel voltages for the orbit.
It can be decoded by using a TNC or via a software TNC...

Just tried to worknthe AO-27 pass a few minutes ago but my lil FT-60R and ELK Ant could not cut it. What is the digital signal at the beginnig and end of the pass?
