[amsat-bb] New version of the W1ANT Satellite Tracker apps available

Hi all, New versions of the W1ANT Satellite Tracker Android apps are now available in the Google Play Store.

These new versions address operational improvements suggested by Paul Philip AC9O. Centrally adding and removing satellites is now also much more robust.

Big thanks go out to the hundreds of operators that have downloaded the app and to those that have given me constructive feedback.
