[amsat-bb] video of CO6CBF's AMSAT Symposium presentation

I was not able to keep a good connection to attempt streaming video during Hector's (CO6CBF) presentation earlier this afternoon at the AMSAT Symposium. I recorded the presentation, and it is now available on YouTube:

Please excuse the amateur quality of this video. Hopefully AMSAT or someone else has a better video that can be shared publicly. Hector received a standing ovation as he finished his presentation.
