Go to Space Today website at http://www.spacetoday.org click on satellites and then go down to Amateur satellites and there is the article. Sorry for all the bandwidth here on this........

Well, sorry.......that article is no longer available on Space Today website. I found it in a piece by KB0ASQ . Even so, it was a good article, but noted later it was abit dated as of 2006. Oh well......at least it was a try.......
