Maybe it could help to run a second instance within a VM window? But I haven‘t tested this.

Maybe this is helpful:

The configuration of SatPC is stored in your Windows profile at the location %APPDATA%\SatPC32 and all instances will make use of that configuration location.

So I don't see an option to have multiple simultaneous instances running within the current Windows profile with different settings.

There is an option to have multiple Configurations, Setup -> Configurations but that is switching between settings within the same instance.
