Hi,
My Java source is a port of the original Predic C source and I honored the GPLv2 that John Magliacane used for that.
It's been changed since then to increase performance when doing predictions for multiple sats over a one day schedule, for multiple gound-stations, as we need in Genso.

Hi,
I'm just writing an IARU Locator App at the moment. Once I've done that, I'll have the gound-station location sorted.
I've already ported Predict SGP-4/SDP-4 to Java (in use by Genso) so I think the next step should be relatively straightforward.
You can check-out the code for the algorithm using subversion from:

Please note that it is licensed under GPLv2.

It's just my luck that the parts I like to work on are the parts that lots of other people like to work on, and are the same parts that are portable and easily encapsulated.
I'm not that fond of the GPL, but I'll look into using your code instead of porting my own. Of course, that assumes that I ever actually do more about it than just talk.
