Anyone know why I get messages filled with mime an/or HTML characters. Its been going on for months and yet I have no problem reading other lists ? I have tried every combination in the list settings. Using outlook mailer on PC  but same issue across other mail readers on other devices.

Message sent to list owner but received no response.
