Not sure about your report source. www.ariss.net seems to be showing a lot of activity and I don't think there are that many 9600 baud IGATES that would be capturing that much data. Likely still at 1200 baud. As for the digi ID, it changes from time to time but if you use the recommended alias of ARISS then it won't matter which ID is currently operational.

hi folks, in the latest sat report 141 they are reporting that the ISS downlink/uplink is 9k6. is this true, see they did just change the digi to rs0iss-3. it was rs0iss-4. I hit it the other day at 1k2 (1200baud) kc8gkf-5
