[amsat-bb] Dove-1 and Dove-2

Perhaps the FCC and Cosmogia, Inc. have reconciled the objections to the use of 145.825 MHz for one of their telemetry down links. In the below link:

the down links for Dove-2 are 2.4 and 8.2 GHz. 145.825 MHz is not mentioned as it was in the ODAR for Dove-1
