So far, all the keps I've used (including the ones from the webpage below) seem to put RS-39 essentially right on top of Progress M13...
So, at this point--it's hard for me to blame the keps as the reason for not hearing the new bird this morning.
Anybody have keps that place RS-39 far off of Progess M13??

Keps can be found on this website:
http://chibis.cosmos.ru/cyclogr/prepare1/google/index.html
Up in the left corner you can see two small gearwheels.
Just click on them and in the appearing menu you will see the title Satellites.
Choose RS-39ch and the latest keps will appear.
