[amsat-bb] Missing AMSAT Journal

I seem to be missing my AMSAT Journal Volume 24, Number 6 (November/December 2019). I checked the web site and I didn't any back issues. If not a copyright violation, would anyone be willing to scan the article "For Beginners Amateur Radio Satellite Primer II" and email it to me?
