I think you are referring to the selectivity of the TH-F6 is not the same on A and B. The B-side is very wide and is best used for the uplink, while the A side is more sensitive and selective, and is best for the downlink.

hola, i have found that switching the TX / RX between VFOs A and B sometimes helps with these problems. there is plenty of noise and intermod around here (cm97). i hope you get some contacts, maybe i will give it a try.
