After all these years and many post about the lack of operating protocol on the FM birds ...Here we go again. I got into this discussion about 15 years ago and nothing has changed and ain't likely too. FM satellites are what they are and about all anyone is going to be able to do about the situation is either join in or stop using them. I got pissed off again on 1-12-2007 when KB3MBO was trying to allow his 4 year old son to experience satellite operation and it was all I could do to make a contact with him. I ask for a break so he could work a couple stations and got no help. I have been pissed since and it usually takes me about a month to get over it. See you in February on AO-51. 73's << John
