[amsat-bb] XW-2E back on

Hi all,

I saw on AMSAT's status page that PU2RAS heard telemetry from XW-2E and OY9CMC reported it active. So I gave it a try. Yes, it's there. Weak signal but readable. Here's the recording I've made, where you can hear shouting my whistle while adjusting XIT. Speaking of which is a bit off than what it used to be. My original sheets showed it at around +0.8kHz. Both CW beacon and telemetry appear to be offline though.
