[AMSAT-BB] RS#S SSTV Protocol

I was able to hear SSTV tones today from one of the RS#S satellites. What is the protocol? I tried Robot 36 and it didn’t seem to decode. Signal was strong. SSTV send was short however -- 73, ko4aqf@gmail.com
