My observation is that usually - when I have a nice high pass (elevation > 15-20 deg) over my QTH - USA - East Coast - HO-68 is in one of it's scheduled off times. Not a complaint -- I'm just trying to figure out how to better coordinate with the HO-68 schedule.
Thoughts / Comments appreciated

Hi Bruce, WA3SWJ
The same happens here in south of Europe and this is why I abandoned HO-68 in favour most of the time of the most reliable VO-52.
