I usually ignore unmatched QSOs on the assumption that the other person either did not enter them in LOTW or has not gotten around to it yet.  But recently I emailed someone I had an unmatched QSO with for a different reason, and we discovered that somehow he had gotten the wrong time in.  I think he said that it is easy to do that with TQSL, but I don't use it directly, so I don't know.

I hope this either helps or is mildly interesting.
