[amsat-bb] AO51 with ssb uplink

Worked control operator KE4AZN and Joe, N3PKC on AO51 with the uplink set for ssb on the 0104z pass 10-30-06. The higher power setting on the downlink helped me get my input aligned better. I noticed that my signal was clearer when I set my transmitted signal from upper to lower sideband.
