[amsat-bb] AO-73/FUNcube operations over Dayton weekend

Hi Folks,

We will put the AO-73/FUNcube into full time transponder mode EARLIER than normal over the Dayton weekend to facilitate demos, etc.

We'll probably switch on Thursday AM or PM GMT 19 May 2016.
