I think I’m the only one using A2V because the only bulletins are TX’d shortly after I use it then it goes back to sleep until the next time I use it….

I guess APRS-to-Voice is a new mode and people are just not used to using it. Its really easy as described on the PSAT2 page:

I'm just learning to beacon it at the correct time during the pass (D74A NFM w/ Arrow), although I'm getting digipeated and showing up on APRS.fi more often than before, I'm not in a great location to get in consistently.
I get McKinley's packets every pass.. I will try the AV2 on a higher elevation pass that's in the clear. I wish more folks would try to use it.
