Hi, JPL's Horizons Web Site will likely have these objects in their data base when launched. From there you can get RA/Dec or generate AZ/EL for your QTH. You can enter RA/Dec into NOVA and it will track it like any other celestial target. Not sure if other satellite programs have this feature.
