There's a spreadsheet developed by Robert (KE4AL) and Chris (K7TAB) that works really well. You can get a copy on Robert's website ( ke4al.wordpress.com).
I also worked up a similar sheet for tracking satellite WAS (or any WAS really) that's also on Robert's website; however, you need the newer version of excel for it to work properly.
